Shipping and handling
The shipping charges are based on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE of service used for shipping. All orders placed to RAL Communications Corp. will have shipping and handling charges. Charging of shipping and handling is done only once for an order. In case a shipment is divided in several boxes and/or it has parts that are not available in stock for immediate delivery, shipping and handling charges will be assessed at first delivery for the whole shipment.
US shipping
Goods in stock at the time of order will be shipped in 1-3 business days from receiving the order. All shipments have insurance for full value of shipped products. For out-of-stock goods, customer will be notified within 1 business day from placing the order and will have the option to keep or cancel the order. Please select the desired type of shipping at order time.
International shipping
For International orders we are using UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS Priority Mail International services only. Goods in stock at the time of order will be shipped in 2-5 business days from receiving the order. All shipments have insurance for full value of shipped products. For out-of-stock goods, customer will be notified within 2 days from placing the order and will have the option to keep or cancel the order. Please note that additional customs charges and taxes can apply for imports. RAL Communications Corp. has no control over these taxes and it is customers whole responsibility to comply with local customs regulations. Please inform yourself about customs policies and rules in your country. Any international returned shipment customers can be charged a return fee in case of non-compliance to local customs regulations.
If ordered items are in-stock, they will be shipped from our main warehouse in Portland, Oregon. For confirmed orders on out-of-stock goods, orders will be processed and shipped at reception of inventory in our main warehouse.

Cancellation Policy
Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours from submission, if the order has not been shipped yet. Cancellation must be done by e-mail at sales@fo4all.com or fax message at 1 503 477 5811. The cancellation message must describe order accurately, including order number, type of merchandise and amount of the order.
Typographical Errors
In case of an incorrect listed price of a product (due to typographical errors or any operating errors in price list databases), RAL Communications Corp. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order with the incorrect listed price. The right of refusal or cancellation can be applied no matter the order has been confirmed or not or the payment has been already assessed. In case purchase amount has been charged already, RAL Communications Corp. will immediately issue credit back in amount of the charge.
Return Policy
Non-defective product returns
RAL is offering a 30 day money back guarantee. Products returned must be in new condition, original packaging and include all accessories (cables, disks, adapters, etc.). Products must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse return or charge a restocking fee for incomplete or damaged returns. Any return must have an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) as described in the RMA request form below. Returns will not cover shipping expenses. The credit issued to the customer will be only for the initial product order value.
Return of defective products under Warranty Period
If you believe you have a defective product from RAL, please contact us at the customer support department by e-mail: support@fo4all.com. If product is under warranty, RAL will decide, at it’s sole discretion, to repair, replace or refund the product. If the product in not under the warranty terms, RAL will notify customer about reparation or replacement charges. Returns for Warranty must be done within the warranty period of the product.

PDF format prior to send back any goods to RAL. Please fill in the RMA form and expect back the RMA number within 2 business days from submission. For quick processing of your RMA Request Form, please make sure all fields describing products are accurately filled, as well as data concerning the customer’s identity.
Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability
All products carried by RAL Communications Corp. have a 1 year limited warranty as described below.
RAL Communications Corp. warrants that all products sold will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to the published specifications under normal use and service when correctly installed and maintained.
If a product fails to properly operate during its warranty period, RAL will, at its own decision and expense: repair the product or replace the defective product with an equivalent one or fully reimburse to customer the price paid for the defective product.
All products being replaced becomes property of RAL Communications Corp. Replacement products may be new or refurbished. Any repaired product returned by RAL has an extra 120 days warranty extension term. This term applies to the repaired product only if it exceeds the normal warranty terms initially received at purchase.
To benefit of the warranty terms, customer must contact RAL Communications Corp. within the applicable warranty period of the claimed product. Any product sent under warranty must follow the RMA authorization procedure (Return Material Authorization), as mentioned in the above chapter.
If a product sold by RAL Communications Corporation does not operate as stated in the warranty, the only remedy on customer for breaching the warranty is the repairing, replacement or refund of the product at price paid by customer at RAL’s sole discretion. TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, TERMS, OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES, TERMS, OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUALITY LEVEL, DESCRIPTION MATCHING, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
